The quest can be started at Kaien who can be found in the Warrior guild of Oren.
1) Kaien wants to test you to see if your worthy to get the Mark of Duelist! For this you have to kill the strongest mobs in all the kingdoms.
2) I forgot to include the map locations on all mobs, but i will tell you where they can be found.
First you will need to find Puncher. You can find him in the wasteland near the ant nest. Bring back 10 Puncher Shards from this mob.
Next you will have to go inside the Ant nest and find Noble Ant Leader and bring back 10 Noble Ant Feelers. You can find them near the Queen Ant way inside the nest.
3) Next you will have to travel to the Cruma Marshlands to kill Marsh Stakato Drone. You have to collect 10 Stakato Drone's Chitin.
Next go to the Execution Grounds and find the Dead Seeker. Here you have to collect 10 Dead Seeker's Fangs.
4) The next step is to go to the Death Pass and find Fettered Soul. Collect 10 Fettered Soul's Chain.
When you walk towards Gorgons Flower Garden you will find Breka Orc Overlord. From this mob you will need to collect 10 Breka Orc Overlord Necklaces.
5) Now go to the Ivory Tower (the crater) and find the Enchanted Monstereye. Collect 10 pieces of Enchanted Eye Meat.
Next go to the Plain of Lizardman and kill the Leto Lizardman Overlord. This mob is pretty strong, but you have to get 10 Leto Lizardman Chief's Amulets (it says chiefs, but you need to kill the overlords).
6) Now go just outside of Hunters Village to find Tamlin orc. Collect 10 Tamlin Orc Rings.
Next kill 10 Tamlin Orc Archer. I forgot to take a screenshot, but it should be near the Tamlin Orc you killed before! Collect 10 Tamlin Orc Arrows.
7) Once you collected all the quest items, return to Duelist Kaien in the Warrior guild of Oren. He tells you to go and kill a few more powerfull mobs. You have to go inside the Cruma Tower.
8) Once you ported inside the Cruma Tower you will find Excuro. Collect 3 Excuro Skins.
Next go find the Krator. Collect 3 Krator Fragments.
9) When your done in the Cruma Tower go to the Death Pass in Giran and kill Grandis. From this mob you will have to collect 3 quest items aswell.
10) Next up is the Timak Orc Overlord found just outside of Oren's Town. Again collect the 3 quest items.
11) And last you will have to kill the Lakin which can be found next to the Hunter's Fortress. When you have the 3 quest items from this mob return on Duelist Kaien.
12) Kaien accepts the items, and in return you get the Mark Of Duelist!
13) Now when you have the rest of the Marks go talk to Grand Master Klaus Blackbird to finish your second class transfer!
