1) The quest starts at Master Cardien in the town of Dion. You can find her in the Warrior guild. She tells you a story about the mother tree, and that Hierarch Asteros is calling back all the young elves. You have to travel to the Elven Village and find Hierarch Asteros in the temple.
2) Once you talk to Asterios, he tells you that the mother tree is dying, and that he needs you to prevent it from happening! Eventually it comes down to the fact you have to bring Water of Life to safe the Mother tree. You have to travel to the Iris Lake and talk to Thalia to find out how.
3) Thalia can be found in the same sort of structure as the gatekeeper in the Elven Town is standing in. It's located in the Sout-East side of the lake. She tells you that before you find the Water of Life you need to get two other things first. Grail of Purity and Talin's Spear.
For the Grail of Purity you have to travel to Giran Castle Town, and speak with Blacksmith Pushkin.
3) Pushkin tells you that in order to make the Grail of Purity he needs you to collect three things. This means you have to kill the following mobs: Guardian Basilisk - Wyrm - Ant Soldiers.
Since the Guardian Basiliks and Wyrims are in the same spot you go there first. Travel to the Death pass.
4) You need 15 items of both the Wyrm and Ants and only 10 items from the Guardian Bassilik.
The drop rate does not seem to be 1/1 so it can take some time before you have the 25 items from the Death Pass part. Once you get them all though, you need to travel to the Ant Nest.
5) When you walk inside the Ant Nest you will eventually see the Ant Soldiers, they are not very far inside the nest. Get the 15 item's and go back to Blacksmith Pushkin in Giran.
6) Pushkin will now make you the Grail, and you have to take this back to Thalia who is near the Iris Lake.
7) She thanks you for the Grail, but tells you it needs Stardust.
For this you need to go to the Dark Elves Initiation Altar, and talk to the Witch Arkenia.
8) You can find Arkenia at the Altar of Rites, which is located between the Necropolis of Devotion and The Patriot's Necropolis. She tells you she cannot give you the recipe, but if you bring her Andariel's Book she will give you some Stardust. This means you have to travel to the Temple of Einhasad in Gludin and talk to Priest Adonius.
9) He has to make a copy of the book, and to do this you need to bring him 20 Spider Ichor and 20 Harpy's Down. So the first place to go is the Cruma Marshlands.
10) The Marsh Spiders are easy to kill, but they can poison you, so bringing some potions can't hurt. Once you collected 20 Spider Ichor go down to Gorgon's Flower Garden, this is near Giran Castle.
11) The Harpy's can be found scattered around the entire garden, so thi should not be a problem. Once you have 20 Harpy's Down return to Priest Adonius.
12) Adonius gives you the copy of Andariel's Book which you now need to take to the Witch Arkenia in the Altar of Rites.
13) She thanks you and gives you the Stardust as promised. You now have to go back to Thalia at the Iris Lake and give her the Stardust.
14) She tells you that she now needs the Talin's Spear. The spear got stolen by some lizardman. You have to go to Hunters Village and talk to Isael Silvershadow to help her get the spear back.
15) Isael Silvershadow tells you it got stolen by Leto Lizardman, and that they divided it into six pieces. To get the pieces back you will need to kill the Shamans and Overlords. Go to the Plains of the Lizardman and kill Shamans and Overlords untill you get the spear complete.
16) The shamans are magic creatures, and the Overlords can deal some mean damage on you, so having buffs / friends for this part could prove usefull. Once you get the spear complete, take it back to Isael Silvershadow in the Hunters Village.
17) She reassembles the spear and tells you to take it back to Thalia at the Iris lake.
18) Now both the Grail of Purity and Talin's Spear are back together, she can start creating the Water of Life, but for this to be done the biggest sacrifice of all needs to be made, you have to kill the Unicorn of Eva and collect it's tears. The unicorn can be found near the South-West of the iris lake.
19) Killing the unicorn is easy, and therefore not a big deal, once you killed it you will recieve the tears, and you can return to Thalia.
20) The Grail is now ready, and you must take it back to Hierarch Asterios in the Elven Village.
21) I guess at this point our server whas lacking some HTML data, but all you have to do now is talk to Asterios, and after that return to Master Cardien in the Dion warrior guild.
22) Cardien gives you the Mark Of Life, and an additional reward:
194591 XP, 11250 SP and 16 Dimensional Diamonds.
Congratualtions, you now have the Mark Of Life!
