Okay... it's an easy quest and it shouldn't take you more then 15 minutes.
First of all go to Einhasad's Temple in Gludio and speak with Manuel. He's gonna give you a Crystal Medallion and will want you to meet a girl @ gludin harbor.
After you talk to her few quest mobs are gonna spawn. They are not hard to kill, but I suppose you bring a friend just in case. When you are done you should have Lizard Captain Order in your inventory. Speak to Allana again and she'll give ya a half of Diary which you are supposed to take to the other side of the harbor. There's a guy standing next to a house abit off the road named Perrin.
Talk to him again and quest mobs should spawn. Kill them and speak to him. He should give you Swindlers Money and sends you back to Allana. Go back to her, talk to her then go back at Manuel.
